NALCO Graduate Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 110 GET Posts

National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has released the official notification for recruitment of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) posts through GATE 2025. A total of 110 vacancies are available. Eligible engineering graduates can apply online through the official NALCO portal. The selection will be based on GATE-2025 score and Personal Interview.

• Fee must be paid only through SBI Collect portal.

• Maximum Age: 30 Years (as on 22-01-2026)
• SC / ST: 5 Years relaxation
• OBC (NCL): 3 Years relaxation
• PwBD-UR: 10 Years, PwBD-OBC: 13 Years, PwBD-SC/ST: 15 Years
• Ex-Servicemen & dependents of 1984 riot victims: As per Govt rules
• Departmental candidates: No upper age limit

• Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology
• Minimum Marks: 65% (UR/EWS/OBC-NCL) & 55% (SC/ST/PwBD)
• Candidates in final year may apply, subject to passing before interview
• Degree must be from UGC/AICTE approved institutions
• CGPA / Grade must be converted into percentage as per university norms

• Mechanical – Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Engineering
• Chemical – Chemical Engineering / M.Tech in Applied Chemistry

• Candidates should have qualified GATE-2025
• GATE disciplines: ME, EE, CH
• Score must be equal to or above qualifying marks of GATE-2025

• Shortlisting based on GATE-2025 score
• Discipline-wise & category-wise shortlisting in 1:10 ratio
• Personal Interview
• Final merit based on 90% GATE + 10% Interview

• Pay Scale during training: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
• Starting Basic Pay: ₹40,000/-
• DA, PRP, medical benefits, accommodation & superannuation benefits applicable
• After training, absorption as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)
