🎓 Educational Qualification
- Level-4 / Level-5: University Degree or equivalent
- Level-2 / Level-3: 12th Pass (10+2)
- Level-1: 10th Pass / ITI / NAC from NCVT
- Qualification must be from a recognized institution
- Appearing candidates are not eligible

- As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix
- Level-1 / Level-2 / Level-3 / Level-4 / Level-5 (as applicable)

- Events must be conducted under federations recognized by MoYAS
