Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has released the official notification for Clerk Grade-II / Junior Assistant Recruitment 2026. A total of 10644 posts will be filled. Online application will start from 15 January 2026.

🎓 Educational Qualification
- Senior Secondary (12th) from a recognized board or equivalent.
- Computer Qualification (Any One):
- O Level / Higher Level Certificate by DOEACC (NIELIT)
- Certificate course in Computer Concept by NIELIT
- COPA / Data Preparation & Computer Software (DPCS)
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science / Computer Application
- Senior Secondary with Computer Science / Computer Application as a subject
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (Polytechnic)
- RS-CIT Certificate by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota
- Any equivalent qualification recognized by Government
- Knowledge of working in Hindi written in Devnagari script.
- Knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.
- Final year appearing candidates can apply (proof required before Phase-II).

💳 Application Fee

- This is One Time Registration (OTR) Fee.
- Payment through e-Mitra / CSC / Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card.
- Candidates who already paid OTR fee need not pay again.
💰 Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Matrix Level-5 (7th Pay Commission).
- During probation (2 Years): Fixed monthly remuneration as decided by State Govt.
- No HRA, DA, Urban Compensation during probation.
- After probation: Full pay scale & allowances as per rules.
📝 Selection Process
- Phase-I: Written Examination (Two Papers – Objective Type)
- Paper-I: General Knowledge, Daily Science & Mathematics
- Paper-II: General Hindi & English
- Each paper: 100 Marks | Duration: 3 Hours
- Phase-II: Computer Typing Test (Non-Divyang candidates only)
- Hindi Typing + English Typing (Speed & Efficiency Test)
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- Phase-I: 40% (35% for SC/ST – 5% relaxation)
- Phase-II: 36% (31% for SC/ST – 5% relaxation)
- Negative Marking: 1/3 Marks for each wrong answer.
- Final merit based on combined marks of Phase-I & Phase-II.
