- Radiologist – ₹3,500/- (3 hrs) / ₹2,350/- (2 hrs) per day
- Medical Officer / Dental Officer – ₹95,000/- per month
- Dental Hygienist / Radiographer / Physiotherapist / Nursing Assistant / Pharmacist / Lab Assistant / Lab Technician – ₹36,500/- per month
- Driver – ₹25,600/- per month
- Safaiwala / Female Attendant / Chowkidar / Peon – ₹21,800/- per month
- Clerk / DEO – ₹29,200/- per month

- Specialist Doctors – Up to 68 Years
- Medical Officer – Up to 66 Years
- Officer-in-Charge / Dental Officer – Up to 63 Years
- Technical & Support Staff – Up to 56 Years
- Driver / Safaiwala / Peon / Clerk / DEO – Up to 53 Years

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)
- Officer-in-Charge Polyclinic: Graduate. Only retired service officers from Indian Army / Navy / Air Force drawing pension through CDA with minimum 05 years experience in healthcare institution or managerial positions.
- Gynaecologist: MD / MS / DNB in concerned specialty with minimum 03 years experience.
- Medical Specialist (Gen Med): Recognized Post Graduate qualification in concerned specialty with requisite post-PG experience as per notification.
- Radiologist: Recognized medical qualification as per Indian Medical Council Act 1956 with Post Graduate degree in Radiology and minimum 05 years experience after post-graduation.
- Medical Officer: MBBS with minimum 03 years experience after internship. Additional qualification in Medicine / Surgery preferred.
- Dental Officer: BDS with minimum 03 years experience after internship.
- Dental Hygienist: Diploma Holder in Dental Hygiene / Class 1 DH / DORA Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years experience in dental lab.
- Radiographer: Diploma / Class 1 Radiographer Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years experience.
- Physiotherapist: Diploma / Class 1 Physiotherapy Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years experience.
- Nursing Assistant: Class 1 Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years experience.
- Pharmacist: B.Pharm from recognized institute OR 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and approved Diploma in Pharmacy. Must be registered under Pharmacy Act 1948 with minimum 03 years experience.
- Laboratory Assistant: DMLT / Class-1 Lab Technician Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years experience in laboratory.
- Laboratory Technician: B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) OR 10+2 with Science and Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from recognized institute with minimum 03 years experience.
- Driver: 8th Class / Class-1 MT Driver (Armed Forces) with valid LMV driving license and minimum 05 years experience.
- Safaiwala: Literate with minimum 05 years experience.
- Female Attendant: Literate with minimum 05 years experience in Civil / Army Health Institutions.
- Chowkidar: Class VIII or GD Trade (Armed Forces).
- Peon: Class VIII / GD Trade (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years service.
- Clerk / Data Entry Operator: Graduate / Class-1 Clerical Trade (Armed Forces) with minimum 05 years service.
