🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Officer / Assistant Manager (Marketing): B.Sc (Agri) with M.Sc Agriculture (Min 60%) OR B.Sc (Agri) / B.Tech + Full Time MBA/PGDBM (Min 60%) in Marketing / Agri Business / Rural Management (UGC/AICTE recognized).
- Officer (Marketing – Import & Export): Same qualification as above.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (Chemical): 3-year full time Diploma in Chemical / Chemical Technology / Mechanical OR B.Sc (PCM) with minimum 50% marks.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (UPH Operations): 3-year full time Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical with minimum 50% marks.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (Mechanical QA): 3-year full time Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 50% marks.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (Instrumentation): 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Control Engineering / Applied Electronics with minimum 50% marks.
- All qualifications must be full-time regular from UGC/AICTE recognized institutions.
- No distance learning allowed.
💰 Salary Structure
- Officer (E-1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 | Approx CTC ₹14.50 LPA
- Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 | Approx CTC ₹18.10 LPA
- Jr Engineer Assistant (LO): ₹25,000 – ₹86,400 | Approx CTC ₹8.40 LPA
🎂 Age Limit (As on 31/12/2025)
- Officer – 30 Years
- Assistant Manager – 35 Years
- Jr Engineer Assistant – 30 Years
- Age relaxation as per Government rules.
