Eligibility Criteria
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS.
- Minimum 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Only diploma holders are not eligible.
Assistant Manager (AM)
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance (BFSI).
