Selected Young Professionals will receive attractive monthly consolidated retainership along with annual performance-based increment and additional facilities. This recruitment is purely on contract basis and candidates will not get regular employee status under SAIL.

| Accommodation (Outstation YPs) | Company accommodation (2-BHK or equivalent) at ₹3,000/- per month at plant location. YP-3 may get 3-BHK accommodation at ₹5,000/- per month subject to availability. No HRA payable. |
| Medical Facility | OPD & IPD treatment facility available at company hospital for self, spouse and two dependent children. |
| Self Insurance | Candidates must maintain Medical / Life / Health / Accident insurance. Premium reimbursement available as per rules. |
| Official Tour / Travel (YP-1) | Rail AC-2 / AC-3 travel, stay reimbursement up to ₹2,000/- per day and local travel/food allowance up to ₹1,000/- per day. |
| Official Tour / Travel (YP-2) | Air Economy (Above 500 KM) / Rail AC-2 travel. Stay reimbursement up to ₹2,500/- per day. |
