Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Engineering Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. Final year engineering students are also eligible to apply provided they complete all educational requirements before the commencement of training.

Salary and Benefits
Candidates selected through TGC-144 will receive salary and allowances as per the 7th Pay Commission applicable to Indian Army Officers. Apart from basic pay, officers will receive Military Service Pay (MSP), Dearness Allowance, Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, Accommodation Facilities, CSD Facilities and several other government benefits.
Training Details
Selected candidates will undergo military training at the prestigious Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun. After successful completion of training, candidates will be granted Permanent Commission in the Indian Army.
