Educational Qualification
- Candidates must be graduates from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission.
- Applicants must possess a Diploma or Certificate in Stenography or Shorthand from an ITI, Polytechnic or another recognized institute.
- Candidates currently pursuing the stenography course may apply only if they possess the required certificate on the date specified by the recruitment authority.
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Assam.
- A valid Employment Exchange registration number issued in Assam is required.

Stenography Test Details
- Shorthand dictation speed: 100 words per minute.
