Eligibility Criteria
Intermediate Trained Assistant Teacher: Classes 1β5
- Senior Secondary or equivalent examination with the required marks.
- Required teacher-training qualification such as D.El.Ed., B.El.Ed. or another qualification accepted under the official rules.
- Valid Teacher Eligibility Test qualification as prescribed for the post.
Graduate Trained Assistant Teacher: Classes 6β8
- Bachelorβs degree in the relevant subject or subject group.
- B.Ed., B.El.Ed. or another approved teacher-training qualification, as applicable.
- Valid Teacher Eligibility Test qualification according to the notification.
Post-wise educational requirements are different. Candidates must verify
their subject combination, percentage, training qualification and TET
eligibility from the official notification.
