| Educational Qualification |
• Graduation with minimum 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a recognized university. • Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade OR Chartered Accountant (CA). • For CA candidates, passing professional examination is sufficient and ICAI membership is mandatory. • Candidates appearing in final year exams may apply but must submit proof before joining. |

💼 Salary / Stipend
| During Training (1 Year) | ₹65,000/- per month (Stipend) |
| After Absorption | JM-I Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 85,920/- (as per IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement) |
| Additional Benefits | Allowances, perquisites, residential accommodation (subject to availability), loan facilities (housing, vehicle, education, etc.) as per Bank rules. |
