BEL Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 119 Trainee Engineer & Trainee Officer Posts

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has released an official recruitment notification for Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I posts. A total of 119 vacancies are available. Eligible candidates can participate in the selection process through offline application and walk-in written test as per the schedule mentioned below.

• UR / EWS: Maximum 28 Years
• OBC (NCL): 03 Years relaxation (Max 31 Years)
• SC / ST: 05 Years relaxation (Max 33 Years)
• PwBD: 10 Years relaxation (40% disability or more)
• Proof of Age: SSLC / SSC / ISC or equivalent certificate

Important Notes:
• EWS / Caste / Disability certificate must be in BEL prescribed format
• OBC certificate should be Non-Creamy Layer and issued on or after 01-01-2025
• EWS candidates must submit valid Income & Asset Certificate for FY 2024-25

• Fee must be paid through SBI Collect (Online Mode)
• SBI Collect reference number must be mentioned in application form
• Fee once paid is non-refundable
• Attach e-challan copy with application form
• Fee paid after 09 January 2026 will not be accepted

Trainee Engineer-I:
• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering (4 Years) in relevant discipline with Pass Class
• No experience required
• Degree must be from AICTE / UGC recognized institution

Accepted Disciplines:
Electronics, ECE, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical Engineering

Trainee Officer-I (Finance):
• MBA (Finance) with Pass Class
• No experience required

• Selection through Walk-In Written Examination
• Written Test will be conducted via QR Code based system
• Exam Date: 11 January 2026 at 09:00 AM
• No entry allowed after 09:00 AM
• Written Test: 100 Marks
• Negative Marking: ¼ mark per wrong answer

Minimum Qualifying Marks:
• UR / EWS / OBC-NCL: 35%
• SC / ST / PwBD: 30%

• Trainee Engineer / Officer-I: ₹50,000 per month (Consolidated)
• Trainee Engineer / Officer-II: ₹35,000 per month
• Trainee Engineer / Officer-III: ₹40,000 per month

Additional Benefits:
• Area Allowance @10% (where applicable)
• ₹12,000 per year towards insurance, uniform & footwear allowance
