Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the notification for Bihar ITI CAT (ITICAT) 2026 Entrance Examination. Candidates who want to take admission in various Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in Bihar can apply online for this entrance exam. The online application process started on 16 March 2026 and the last date to apply is 14 April 2026. Eligible candidates can read the complete details and apply online.

Educational Qualification

Marking Scheme : Each correct answer will carry 2 marks. No negative marking.

Merit List Preparation

Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the ITICAT entrance examination. For general ITI institutes merit list is prepared district wise while for women ITI institutes a separate merit list is prepared at the state level.

Tie Breaking Rules

1. Candidate scoring higher marks in Mathematics will be ranked higher.
2. If marks are equal then candidate with higher marks in General Science will be preferred.
3. If still tie remains, candidate older in age will be ranked higher.

How to Fill Bihar ITI CAT 2026 Online Form

1. Visit the official website of BCECE Board.
2. Go to ITICAT 2026 section.
3. Click on New Registration.
4. Enter personal details like name, mobile number and email ID.
5. Verify OTP and create login ID.
6. Login using registration number and password.
7. Fill personal details, educational qualification and category details.
8. Select ITI trade preferences and exam center.
9. Upload scanned photograph and signature.
10. Pay application fee online.
11. Submit the form and download confirmation page.
