Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Telecom Stream: Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree with minimum 60% marks on a regular full-time basis in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Instrumentation or combination of these disciplines. Finance Stream: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). • Candidates must be Indian Nationals. • Degree should be from an Indian University / Institution recognized by UGC / AICTE. • CGPA/OGPA should be converted into percentage as per university norms.

Salary / Stipend

• Senior Executive Trainee (SET) will be recruited in IDA pay scale E-3 of Rs. 24,900 – 50,500 (pre-revised). • After successful completion of probation, SET (DR) shall be designated as Senior Executive (DR) in E-3 pay scale.

Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (Objective Type – MCQs) • Normalization of marks if multiple sessions are conducted • Document Verification for candidates shortlisted in merit list • Medical Examination as per BSNL standards • Final Merit List based on CBT marks

General Instructions

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible • Candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India • Selected candidates must execute a bond of Rs. 9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least 5 years • Probation period: 2 years with mandatory training • Negative marking applicable in CBT • BSNL reserves the right to cancel or modify recruitment
