Post-wise Education (Short)
- MTS: Matriculation + NCVT/ITI or equivalent (as per notification).
- Executive (S&T/Electrical/Civil): 3-year Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline with minimum % as per official notification.
- Junior Manager (Finance): CA / CMA / Equivalent (as per notification) — check official notice for exact eligibility.

Pay Scale & Selection Process
Pay Scale:
- Executive: Rs. 30,000 — 1,20,000 (E0 Level / IDA) (example shown in image).
- MTS: Rs. 16,000 — 45,000 (N-1 Level / IDA).
- Junior Manager: Rs. 50,000 — 1,60,000 (E2 Level / IDA).
Selection Process:
- MTS: Stage-I, Stage-II, PET (if any), DV & Medical Test.
- Executive / Junior Manager: Stage-I, Stage-II, DV & Medical Test (detailed flow in official notification).

Important Instructions (Must Read)
- Admit Card के बिना किसी भी हालत में exam centre में entry नहीं मिलेगी — printed admit card और valid photo ID साथ ले जाएं (Aadhaar / Voter / DL / Passport).
