💼 Salary / Stipend
- During Training (1 Year): ₹65,000/- per month
- After Absorption as Deputy Manager (JM-I): ₹48,480 – 85,920 per month (IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement)
- Additional Benefits: Allowances, perquisites & benefits as per Bank rules
- Accommodation: Residential / leased accommodation (subject to availability)
- Loan Facilities: Housing, vehicle, personal computer, children education etc.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation (minimum 3-year full-time course)
- Post Graduation: MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade
- OR Chartered Accountant (CA)
- For CA: Passing professional examination + ICAI membership mandatory
- Final year PG / CA appearing candidates (results in 2026) are eligible
- Degrees must be recognized by Government / AICTE / UGC
- Distance / correspondence / part-time courses are NOT eligible
