Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University. Typing Speed: 30 wpm English OR 25 wpm Hindi. |
| Medical Social Worker | Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Sociology from recognized University. |
| Psychiatric Social Worker | Master Degree in Psychology or Social Work with specialization in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work. |
| Operation Theatre Assistant |
10+2 (Science) with Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology OR B.Sc Medical Technology (OT). |
| Radiographer |
10+2 with Science + B.Sc Radiology / Diploma in Radiology. Must be registered with HP Para Medical Council (if applicable). |
| Pharmacist / Pharmacy Officer |
10+2 (Science) + Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy. Must be registered with State Pharmacy Council. |
| Speech Therapist | B.Sc in Speech & Hearing from recognized institution. |
| Senior Laboratory Technician | 10+2 with Science + B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). |

• Eligibility will be determined as on 04-04-2026.
• Candidate must fulfill all essential qualification before closing date.
• Reserved category certificates must be valid as per rules.
Age Limit (As on 01-01-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 45 Years
- For Post Code 26011 & 26013: 18–38 Years
- 5 Years Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates domiciled in Himachal Pradesh
Nationality
Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Reservation benefits are admissible only to bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh. Reserved category candidates from other states will be treated as General (UR).
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test
- 120 Marks – 1.5 Hours Duration
- Each Question carries 1 mark
- Typing/Skill Test (Mandatory for Panchayat Secretary – 30 wpm English / 25 wpm Hindi)
- Document Verification
- Normalization: Z-Score Method (Mean & Standard Deviation)
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
General – 45%
SC/ST/OBC/WFF – 40%

Important Instructions
- OTR (One Time Registration) is mandatory before filling ORA form.
- Eligibility determined as on 04-04-2026.
- Only one application per post allowed.
- Multiple applications for same post will be rejected.
- No Offline Application will be accepted.
- Reservation valid only for bonafide residents of HP.
- OBC & EWS certificate validity must be within 1 year.
- SC/ST/OBC certificate must be on parental basis (HP).
- Government employees must submit declaration from Head of Office.
- Candidate must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from institution situated within Himachal Pradesh (Not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis).
- Correction window available for 7 days after 3 working days of closing date.
- Application fee once paid will not be refunded.
