• Trade Apprentice (Attendant Operator/Boiler): B.Sc (Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice – Chemical: Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice – Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Technician Apprentice – Instrumentation: Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Applied Electronics with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• No prior apprenticeship in same trade.
• No job experience of 1 year or more after qualification (for Technician Apprentice).

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC – 3 Years, PwBD – 10 Years

• As per Apprentices Act 1961/1973 and IOCL guidelines.

• Merit based on percentage of marks in qualifying exam.
• Date of Birth considered in case of tie.
• Document Verification.
• Pre-engagement Medical Fitness Test.
