🎓 Eligibility Criteria
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’ (Post Code 01–03):
Ph.D in relevant discipline OR M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc (Engg) with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 and B.E/B.Tech with minimum 65% marks.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Post Code 04–16):
M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc (Engg) in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.5 AND B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84.
⚠️ ODL / Distance learning qualifications are NOT eligible.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’ (Post Code 01–03):
