🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Degree / Diploma in relevant trade / Engineering as per attached annexure
- Essential Qualification: As per Madhya Pradesh Industrial Training (Non-Gazetted) Third Class Service Recruitment Rules, 2009 & amendments
- Desirable: Experience in relevant field as per rules
- Knowledge of local language of State / UT is required
💼 Salary / Stipend
- Pay Scale as per 7th Pay Commission
- Pay Band + Dearness Allowance & other allowances as approved by MP Government
- During probation (3 years):
- 1st Year – 70% of minimum pay scale
- 2nd Year – 80% of minimum pay scale
- 3rd Year – 90% of minimum pay scale
