Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) ने वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए Graduate Apprentice Trainees (Engineering) की नियुक्ति हेतु आधिकारिक अधिसूचना जारी की है। यह apprenticeship HPCL Marketing Division के अंतर्गत देश के विभिन्न राज्यों और locations में आयोजित की जाएगी।

Civil, Mechanical, Electrical और Instrumentation Engineering में graduation पूरा करने वाले योग्य उम्मीदवार HPCL के online application portal से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को एक वर्ष की apprenticeship training के दौरान ₹25,000 प्रति माह stipend दिया जाएगा।

Educational Qualification

आवेदक के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University या Institution से संबंधित Engineering discipline में graduation degree होनी चाहिए। Qualification Board of Technical Education, UGC, AICTE या किसी अन्य सक्षम और मान्यता प्राप्त authority से approved होनी चाहिए।

सभी semesters या years के marks को मिलाकर aggregate percentage calculate की जाएगी। जिन candidates को CGPA, GPA या letter grade मिला है, उन्हें अपनी University या Institute के नियमों के अनुसार उसका equivalent percentage देना होगा। Document Verification के समय conversion certificate भी मांगा जा सकता है।

Percentage में fraction को round-off नहीं किया जाएगा। उदाहरण के लिए, 49.99% को 50% नहीं माना जाएगा।

Engineering Degree Passing Date

Civil, Mechanical, Electrical या Instrumentation Engineering graduation 01 September 2023 या उसके बाद पूरा करने वाले candidates ही apply कर सकते हैं। इससे पहले degree पूरी करने वाले उम्मीदवार eligible नहीं होंगे।

Age Limit as on 31 July 2026

PwBD category में निर्धारित benchmark disability वाले VH, HH, OH और Multiple Disabilities candidates को Government guidelines के अनुसार relaxation दिया जाएगा।

Monthly Stipend and Training Duration

Fixed stipend के अतिरिक्त HPCL द्वारा accommodation, housing assistance या किसी अन्य allowance की गारंटी नहीं दी गई है।

State-Wise Training Slots

Notification के अनुसार कुल 358 tentative training slots बताए गए हैं। Reservation संबंधित राज्य में लागू recruitment percentage के अनुसार लागू होगा।

Who Can Apply?

• केवल Indian nationals आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• Candidate का NATS 2.0 portal पर registration और Board of Apprenticeship Training से approval होना आवश्यक है।
• Engineering graduation Civil, Mechanical, Electrical या Instrumentation discipline में होनी चाहिए।
• Degree 01 September 2023 या उसके बाद पूरी हुई होनी चाहिए।
• UR और OBC-NC candidates के कम से कम 60% aggregate marks होने चाहिए।
• SC, ST और PwBD candidates के कम से कम 50% aggregate marks होने चाहिए।
• Candidate के पास एक वर्ष या उससे अधिक का work experience नहीं होना चाहिए।
• Candidate किसी अन्य organization में apprenticeship training नहीं कर रहा हो।

Who Is Not Eligible?

• जिन candidates ने पहले apprenticeship पूरी की है या वर्तमान में कहीं अन्य apprenticeship कर रहे हैं।
• जिनका किसी अन्य organization के साथ NATS portal पर active apprenticeship contract है।
• एक वर्ष या उससे अधिक work experience रखने वाले candidates।
• 01 September 2023 से पहले Engineering graduation पूरी करने वाले candidates।
• Required marks या age limit पूरी नहीं करने वाले candidates।
• 31 July 2026 के बाद application submit करने वाले candidates।
• Multiple online applications submit करने वाले candidates।

Selection Process

1. Applications की screening qualifying Engineering degree के aggregate marks और eligibility criteria के आधार पर की जाएगी।
2. Incomplete या ineligible applications बिना अलग सूचना के reject की जा सकती हैं।
3. Training slots के मुकाबले लगभग 1:5 ratio में candidates को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
4. Shortlisted candidates को उनके registered email address के माध्यम से सूचना दी जाएगी।
5. Document Verification में उपस्थित होने के लिए कोई TA/DA नहीं दिया जाएगा।
6. Document Verification में suitable पाए गए candidates की final merit list बनाई जाएगी।
7. Final engagement NATS portal पर tri-partite apprenticeship contract स्वीकार करने, medical certificate और police verification के बाद होगा।

2. Registration पूरा करने के बाद login ID और password registered email पर प्राप्त होगा।
3. Login credentials की सहायता से HPCL application portal पर sign in करें।
4. Dropdown menu से अपनी सही Engineering Branch चुनें।
5. Personal details और mandatory fields ध्यान से भरें।
6. Validate Details पर क्लिक करके information verify करें।

Important Instructions

• Candidate को application में अपनी केवल एक preferred training state select करनी होगी।
• Selected apprentice को chosen state के भीतर requirement और availability के अनुसार किसी भी HPCL location पर भेजा जा सकता है।
• Application की hard copy HPCL को भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
• Application में भरी गई personal, category और qualification details final मानी जाएंगी।
• Final submission के बाद category या अन्य details बदलने का request स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
• Email ID और mobile number कम से कम एक वर्ष तक active रखना चाहिए।
• सभी communications registered email ID या mobile number के माध्यम से भेजी जाएंगी।

• HPCL training slots की संख्या को बढ़ाने, घटाने या selection process में बदलाव करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

Reservation and Certificate Rules

SC, ST, OBC-NC और PwBD candidates को prescribed format में valid certificate प्रस्तुत करना होगा। OBC-NC certificate में candidate के Non-Creamy Layer में होने की जानकारी स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए। Creamy Layer candidates को OBC-NC concession नहीं मिलेगा और उन्हें UR category में आवेदन करना होगा।

यदि category certificate Hindi या English के अलावा किसी अन्य भाषा में जारी किया गया है, तो उसकी self-certified translated copy Hindi या English में प्रस्तुत करनी पड़ सकती है।
