Indian Army NCC Special Entry Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must possess a Bachelorβs Degree or an equivalent recognized qualification from a recognized university.
- Final-year graduation students may apply, subject to fulfilling the conditions and submitting proof of passing within the date prescribed by the Indian Army.
- Final-year candidates whose final examination is scheduled after 01 April 2027 are not eligible for this course.
NCC Qualification
- Candidate should have served for the required period in the Senior Division or Senior Wing of NCC.
- Candidate must hold an NCC βCβ Certificate.
- A minimum of βBβ Grade in the NCC βCβ Certificate examination is required.
- Wards of Battle Casualties of Indian Army personnel are exempted from the NCC βCβ Certificate requirement, subject to the conditions in the notification.
Marital Status
This NCC Men notification is meant for unmarried male candidates. Selected candidates must comply with the marital-status conditions prescribed for the training period.
Indian Army NCC Special Entry Salary
Candidates admitted to the Officers Training Academy receive a fixed stipend during training. After successful commissioning, pay is fixed according to the applicable rank and pay level.

SSB Interview

Final Merit List
Final selection is based on merit, medical fitness, fulfillment of all eligibility conditions and the number of available vacancies. Merely qualifying the SSB does not guarantee a joining letter.
