- Tradesman Trainee (AOCP): ITI / NAC in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant OR 10+2 Intermediate in Science stream with Chemistry subject (min 50% aggregate marks) sath me chemical process industry me 2 years experience ya apprenticeship training.
- IREL Internal Candidates: SSC (10th) with 4 years relevant trade experience.
Stipend Package & Regular Pay Scale

Selection Process & Examination Pattern
IREL Tradesman Trainee Recruitment 2026 me selection do charano me conduct kiya jayega:
- Computer Based Written Test (CBT – 150 Marks, 2 Hours): Written test me bilingual (Hindi/English) 150 MCQs honge. Section-I me Professional Knowledge (Trade Theory) ke 100 questions aur Section-II me General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability aur English ke 50 questions honge.
