Eligibility Criteria for SJVN Recruitment 2026

A. Educational Qualification:
- Mechanical / Electrical / C&I: Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in respective discipline from a recognized University/Institution (General/OBC/EWS – Min 55% marks, SC/ST/PwBD – Min 50% marks).
- Chemical: Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR M.Sc in Chemistry.
B. Experience & Age Limit Requirements:
- Chief General Manager (E8a) [Max Age: 55 Yrs]: Minimum 27 years executive experience in Thermal Power Plant O&M/Erection, with at least 8 years in Super Critical Thermal Power Plant (≥ 660 MW).
- Deputy Manager (E4) [Max Age: 36 Yrs]: Minimum 7 years executive experience in Thermal Power Plant, with at least 3 years in Super Critical Thermal Power Plant (≥ 660 MW).
- Engineer (E2) [Max Age: 32 Yrs]: Minimum 3 years executive experience in Thermal Power Plant, with at least 1 year in Super Critical Thermal Power Plant (≥ 660 MW).
